1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.cellsonicafrica.com and the health and wellness services provided by Cellsonic Wellness Africa ("we", "us", "our"), located at 3–6 Alhaji Adejumo Avenue, Ilupeju, Lagos State, Nigeria.

By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2 Our Services

Cellsonic Wellness Africa provides non-invasive health and wellness services including but not limited to:

• Shockwave therapy for pain management, wound healing, and tissue repair
• Frequency therapy (RIFE) for immune support and systemic wellness
• Infrared light therapy for detoxification, circulation, and skin health
• Monicor frequency diagnostic scanning
• Visbody 3D body composition analysis
• Skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing wellness programmes
• Corporate wellness screening and education programmes

4 Appointments and Cancellations

4.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone (+234 706 352 6132), by WhatsApp, or by email. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our written or verbal confirmation.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice — no charge; session credit retained in full
• Less than 24 hours notice — a rebooking fee may apply
• No-show without notice — the session may be forfeited from your package
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to practitioner unavailability, giving maximum possible notice

4.3 Packages

Session packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable after the expiry date.

5 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service unless a corporate billing arrangement has been agreed
• We accept bank transfer and payment card
• Receipts are provided for all transactions
• Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and may be subject to change with reasonable notice
• Promotional prices are valid only for the stated period and cannot be applied retrospectively

6 Health and Safety

By booking a treatment, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed all relevant medical history and current medications on your health intake form
• You will inform our practitioners of any change in your health status before each session
• You understand that certain conditions may contraindicate specific treatments, as explained at your consultation
• You will follow any pre- and post-treatment guidance provided by our practitioners

We reserve the right to decline to provide a service if we believe it may be unsafe for you, acting in your best interests.

7 Website Use

7.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes — to learn about our services, contact us, and book appointments. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive
